Our collaboration with the Weiskopf lab on redirecting macrophages to target persister cells in oncogene-addicted lung cancers is now published in JCI: Targeted therapies prime oncogene-driven lung cancers for macrophage-mediated destruction.

Hideko presents on her most recent work “APOBEC3A drives tumor evolution through activation of ERVs in non-small cell lung cancer” at the the 5th International Conference on Base Editing, Prime Editing & Related Enzymes (Deaminet 2024).

Chendi presents posters on her most recent work at the 2023 AACR-NCI-EORTC International Conference on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics: “Non-genetic determinants driving sub-clonal resistance to KRAS G12C combination therapies in KRAS mutant non-small cell lung cancer” and “Aurora Kinase A inhibition overcomes adaptive resistance to KRAS G12C inhibitor by G1-checkpoint induced apoptosis in KRAS non-small cell lung cancer”.
