“Therapy-induced APOBEC3A drives evolution of persistent cancer cells” is now published in Nature! We show that lung cancer targeted therapies induced APOBEC3A, which drives evolution of drug tolerance and resistance. This was terrific collaborative effort with the Lawrence Group, Dyson Lab, Zou Lab, Ott Lab, Getz Lab, MGH Thoracic Oncology and many others.
